Its still an accurate description of what Zaavy strives to be for the youth sports teams , schools, churches and many businesses we are fortunate to have as our customers. We should add a third description, value. Over the years we have reduced the cost of banners to youth sports teams, National Sports governing bodies and businesses across the country while making it easier for them to design and purchase large format signs and banners.
Zaavy was born on the soccer fields of Northern California in 2005. Zaavy's four founders were all Soccer and Little League dads. Our children were playing these sports and like parents everywhere, we were constantly juggling games and practices with school, careers and all the other obligations that come with raising a family. One area that always seemed to be a headache were the team banners. Designing a banner was not something easily done on our laptops - vector art is not something the average parent works with. And it was time consuming to make a banner one by hand. Paying someone to design the banner and finding a local printer to produce it took weeks and cost hundreds of dollars. So Zaavy's founders, (four Silicon Valley technology professional, did what Silicon Valley entrepreneurs do - they got to work on designing a better - faster - cheaper way to build a banner using technology. And Zaavy was born. Going into the 2010 Baseball season we are proud to report we are the largest on-line provider of sports banners to youth soccer and baseball - our on-line traffic exceeds that of our two largest competitors combined.
